Chapter Two: Sunday Morning Delusion

And the Evil at Work in the Church Today

Faithful Christians urgently seek Christ and eagerly await the Rapture. If life comes to an unexpected end, their spirit will awaken in the presence of God. For Christians who die before the Rapture, their flesh will awaken in the Rapture, and they will be made new. The Righteous will be resurrected in the twinkling of an eye. Whether in death or life, an eternity with Christ is guaranteed.

So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption: 43 It is sown in dishonour; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power: 44 It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body. 45 And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit. 46 Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.

1 Corinthians 15: 42-46, KJV

Christians eagerly await Christ's return. It is a tremendous blessing for those in Christ to expect to spend eternity with God the Father. Imagine the freedom for Christ's saints, those that make up the Body of Christ, to live in such a way that they look forward to being in His presence. Yes, Christians should live their lives, plan their retirement, vacations, and birthdays, and work to improve their lives on Earth while spiritually preparing for the resurrection of the past members of the Body of Christ, which comes at the Rapture.

The Rapture is more important than a great retirement or a vacation. However, many Christians plan for both retirement and vacations with every paycheck. The Rapture is the one-way ticket to eternity, a journey offered through Christ, ordered by God, and directed through Holy Spirit. It is the gateway to eternity with the presence of the Father. Please plan for the Day Christ calls for His Church; that time could come any moment. The event is reserved for those who genuinely love Him. Do you love Christ with your heart, mind, and soul?
